Registration Information

Registrations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. You must register for the entire course. The conference cannot be split or shared.

Registration is limited, please register early. Make checks payable to Drayer Physical Therapy Institute®.

On-site check in will start Wednesday, October 8, 2008, 6–10 pm and Thursday, October 10, 2008 from 6:30 am to 2:00 pm. (Business casual attire)

  • Early Bird Registration(received by June 30, 2008) - $825
  • General Registration(all participants) - $875
  • Breakout Sessions - $30/session

Refund Policy

Cancellations with full refunds (less $50 processing fee) will be accepted if sent in writing and post marked by September 5, 2008. After that date, no refunds will be made. Substitutions are welcome. Drayer Physical Therapy Institute® reserves the right to change speakers, program topics, or cancel the conference if unforeseen circumstances arise.
