On-site check in will start Wednesday, October 8, 2008, 6–10 pm and Thursday, October 10, 2008 from 6:30 am to 2:00 pm. (Business casual attire)

Refund Policy
Cancellations with full refunds (less $50 processing
fee) will be accepted if sent in writing and post
marked by September 5, 2008. After that date, no
refunds will be made. Substitutions are welcome.
Drayer Physical Therapy Institute® reserves the
right to change speakers, program topics, or cancel
the conference if unforeseen circumstances arise.
